Tasting Note

Colour: A warm amber-gold, reflecting the maturation in sherry and bourbon casks.

Nose: Rich and fruity with intense aromas of ripe apples, pears and sweet oranges. There are also notes of honey, vanilla and a fine oak spice.

Flavour: Soft and elegant with a harmonious balance of sweet caramel and malt notes, accompanied by dark chocolate, toffee and fine spices. Light sherry notes provide a subtle fruitiness that gives the whisky additional depth.

Finish: Langs and pleasantly warming with notes of toasted almonds, caramel and a subtle oak spice.
