Produced by the renowned Villa Sandi winery, this high-quality Italian rosé sparkling wine is made from a cuvée of different white and red grape varieties, the composition of which can vary depending on the vintage. The combination of white base wines and a small proportion of red wine gives this Rosato Brut its fine balance of freshness, fruit and elegant structure.


The grapes come from wine-growing areas in north-east Italy with marly soils of alluvial origin, which are rich in minerals in the subsoil. After gentle pressing of the white grapes, the must is stored at a controlled temperature, while the red grapes are gently macerated to extract colour and fine tannins. The second fermentation then takes place at a controlled 15-16 °C with selected yeast cultures, resulting in a fine and long-lasting perlage. After at least two months on the lees, Villa Sandi Il Fresco Rosé Brut Rosato is particularly harmonious and elegant. At 11.5% vol., this Italian rosé spumante impresses with its fresh style and lively lightness.

The nose reveals fruity and floral aromas with fine red berries and elegant floral notes. On the palate, the Italian Rosé Spumante is fresh, harmonious and lively, with fine fruit, creamy perlage and a balanced structure. The finish is elegant, lively and pleasantly long-lasting.
