The production process begins with the careful selection of high-quality agave hearts, which are roasted in traditional brick ovens. This process intensifies their natural flavours before they are slowly cooked, cooled, crushed and pressed. The resulting sweet agave juice is then triple distilled to achieve exceptional purity and complexity. After distillation, this reposado tequila rests for three months in French white Limousin oak barrels, which gives it its soft, balanced flavour with subtle woody notes.
