For this edition, the whiskey is first matured in classic bourbon barrels before being given an additional finish in Caribbean rum barrels. This whiskey harmonises perfectly with desserts such as banoffee pie, vanilla cream, rum cake or caramel biscuits, as its sweet and fruity accents absorb these flavours perfectly. Mild cheese flavours or baked desserts such as apple crumble also go perfectly with it. On its own or with a small splash of water, its balanced structure is particularly clear.
