Scapa The Orcadian Glansa is a unique single malt Scotch whisky from the Scapa Distillery, which is based on the Scottish island of Mainland Orkney. This whisky combines the soft, fruity elegance typical of Scapa with a subtle peaty smokiness that comes from the maturation in ex-peated whisky casks. "Glansa" means "gentle lustre" in the old Nordic language, which perfectly describes the character of this whisky.

At 40% vol., this Highland single malt presents itself as a harmonious blend of sweet, fruity and smoky notes, making it particularly interesting for both lovers of mild whiskies and newcomers to the world of peated whisky. Tasting Note

Colour: Golden amber.

Nose: Gentle peat smoke notes with sweet vanilla, honey, caramelised apples and a hint of tropical fruit.

Flavour: Soft and round with notes of creamy toffee, sweet malt, gentle smoke and a slight hint of sea salt.

Finish: Medium length, pleasantly smoky and slightly spicy with a warm sweetness.
