This 10-year matured single malt spends the majority of its maturation time in bourbon casks before receiving an exceptional finish in Oloroso sherry casks. This maturation gives it a deep fruitiness, elegant spiciness and a soft, complex structure that sets it apart from many classic Irish whiskeys.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep gold with copper reflections.

Finish: Long-lasting, warming and complex with a mixture of sweet sherry notes, oak spice and a hint of cinnamon.
