Tasting Note

Colour: Light gold with a soft shimmer.

Nose: Inviting aromas of ripe sugar cane, tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, combined with a fine oak note and vanilla. The flavour of bourbon barrels and a subtle caramel sweetness round off the aromatic profile.

Flavour: Full-bodied and round with fruity notes of dried fruit, caramel and a strong oak spice that make the rum a harmonious but complex experience. A hint of spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg provides additional depth.

Finish: Langs and warm with a lingering oak and caramel flavour, rounded off by a subtle fruitiness and spicy notes.
