Tasting Note

Deep red sparkling rosé. Aromas of strawberries and notes of blackberries and blackcurrants emerge. Very complex on the palate. A subtle sweetness emerges, followed by flavours of cherry blossom. A velvety texture on the finish.

It is very popular as an aperitif or in cocktails.
