Facundo Exquisito is a masterful combination of rare, long-matured rums that were initially aged for between 7 and 23 years in ex-bourbon barrels. Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber with mahogany reflections.

Nose: Rich aromas of dried fruit, figs and sultanas, accompanied by fine vanilla, dark chocolate and a hint of oak spice. A subtle sherry sweetness rounds off the bouquet.

Flavour: Silky smooth and full-bodied with notes of caramel, honey and ripe red fruit. The sherry cask ageing brings out nuances of candied oranges, cinnamon and lightly roasted almonds. Subtle roasted flavours and a gentle spiciness provide excellent depth.

Finish: Langs and elegant with lingering notes of sweet sherry, dark chocolate and a fine oak spice that slowly fades away.
