Poli Grappa Po di Poli Morbida Smooth is a high-quality, single-varietal grappa made from 100% Moscato grapes. This noble grape variety gives the distillate its characteristic, smooth flavour with fruity and floral notes. The Poli distillery, founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli, looks back on a long tradition of artisanal distillation. Today, the family business is run by siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara and Andrea Poli and is known for its outstanding grappas.

Produced in Schiavon, a municipality in the north-east Italian region of Veneto, this grappa is distilled using traditional methods and state-of-the-art technology. Poli Po di Poli Morbida is bottled without barrel ageing, which preserves the pure, fresh flavours of the Moscato grape. The name "Morbida Smooth" already hints at its mild, round character, which makes this grappa particularly pleasant and harmonious. Packaged in a stylish tin box, it is ideal as an elegant gift or for special moments of enjoyment.

Tasting Note

Colour: Crystal clear.

Nose: Intensely fruity with notes of ripe pear, apricot, orange blossom and a hint of honey.

Taste: Soft and smooth, characterised by sweet fruit flavours, floral nuances and a fine spiciness.

Finish: Langs, smooth and elegant with a slightly floral aftertaste.

This grappa is ideal as a digestif after a good meal. It harmonises perfectly with mild desserts such as panna cotta, almond biscuits or white chocolate. It also unfolds its full elegance as an accompaniment to mature cheese, especially blue cheese or pecorino. For connoisseurs of fine cocktails, Poli Po di Poli Morbida Smooth can also be used in fine grappa-based cocktails to showcase its fruity and floral aromas.

A drinking temperature of 18-20 °C is recommended.
