The name of the whisky, "The Quiet Man" or "An Fear Ciuin" in Irish, is a tribute to John Mulgrew, a bartender who heard and saw many stories but never told them. This philosophy of the "silent observer" is reflected in the character of the whisky, which has both depth and harmony.

Finish: Langs and warm, with a pleasant sweetness and a subtle hint of spice.
