The rum is a blend of various rums from Fiji that have been matured for between three and five years in American oak barrels, giving it a balanced maturity and depth. To create its characteristic, spicy flavour, this blend is additionally refined with extracts from exotic plants and fruits. This combination brings together flavours of vanilla and citrus fruits, which blend perfectly with the warm, spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg.
