The Ole Smoky Distillery in the Smoky Mountains has a rich history stretching back over a century, beginning with the region’s first settlers. Despite this long-standing tradition, the production of moonshine was not always legal, until a change in the law in Tennessee enabled the opening of the first state-licensed distillery in Gatlinburg.

Today, Ole Smoky produces not only the traditional moonshine, which has been cherished in the region for generations, but also a wide range of exquisite whiskies. These products are a testament to the craftsmanship and rich history that have made Ole Smoky a leading name in the spirits industry.

Moonshine is a drink as deeply rooted in American culture as apple pie. For this reason, Ole Smoky decided to add pure apple juice, ground cinnamon and other spices to their moonshine to create Ole Smoky Apple Pie Moonshine.

This delicious blend evokes the nostalgic flavours of warm apple pie on a cool summer’s evening and has a pleasantly smooth finish.
