It is based on 100% pure grain alcohol, which is distilled with 100% fresh botanicals, herbs and fruits. The recipe includes juniper, coriander, liquorice, angelica root, vanilla, cardamom, iris, orange, lemon and intensely aromatic elderflower. The bright blue-violet colour comes from natural blueberry peel. It is particularly noteworthy that no sugar, synthetic colourings or artificial flavourings are added to this premium gin with elderflower.
