Made from molasses and distilled 100% in copper pot stills, this rum offers an authentic and profound flavour that is typical of Jamaican rum production. Bottled at 45% vol. in a 0.7 litre bottle, this rum has undergone 6-10 years of maturation in a combination of American white oak barrels and ex-bourbon barrels, giving it a balance of sweet and spicy notes.

The single estate approach means that all ingredients, from sugar cane harvest to maturation, are processed on the same estate, giving the rum a unique purity and complexity. This rum is a true meisterwerk that will delight both experienced rum connoisseurs and beginners alike.
