Hayman's Old Tom Gin is ideal for classic cocktails such as the Tom Collins, Martinez or a gin Fizzers, where its gentle sweetness comes into its own. As a gin & tonic, it harmonises particularly well with a Mediterranean tonic water and a lemon zest or fresh orange slice as a garnish. It is an excellent culinary accompaniment to smoked salmon, seafood or a fine cheese platter with mild Brie or Camembert. It also makes an interesting flavour complement to sweet dishes such as lemon tart or vanilla cream.
