he Tarquin's Cornish Dry Gin is an exquisite handcrafted gin from Cornwall, produced with great care and passion in the small, family-run Southwestern Distillery. With an alcohol content of 42% by volume, this gin presents itself as a classic dry gin with a fresh, floral and slightly spicy flavour. Traditional distillation in small copper stills and the use of carefully selected botanicals create a unique gin full of character that perfectly captures the maritime essence of Cornwall.
The 12 botanicals include juniper berries from Italy, fresh orange peel, violets, green cardamom, cinnamon and coriander seeds. The ingredients are combined with the purest spring water from Cornwall, which gives this gin its unmistakable purity and freshness. Its smooth, soft mouthfeel and the harmonious combination of citrus freshness, herbal notes and floral accents make it an ideal companion for classic and creative gin cocktails.

Tarquin's Cornish Dry Gin is ideal for a classic gin & tonic, especially with Mediterranean tonic water and a grapefruit zest garnish. It can also be used in cocktails such as a Negroni, a refreshing Tom Collins or an elegant Martini. In culinary terms, it harmonises wonderfully with seafood, light salads or a fine cheese platter with goat's cheese. Its floral and spicy notes come into their own when combined with fresh herbs such as rosemary or basil.
