Ferrari Brut 12.5% ABV, in a 0.75 l bottle, is regarded as one of the most famous icons of Italian sparkling wine-making and has stood for the highest quality, elegance and craftsmanship from Trentino for generations. Only carefully selected Chardonnay grapes from the best high-altitude vineyards in Trentino are used for this cuvée. The Alpine climate, with warm days and cool nights, creates ideal conditions for grapes with pronounced freshness and aromatic elegance. Following gentle vinification, traditional bottle fermentation takes place, with a long ageing period on the lees, allowing the sparkling wine to develop its fine perlage and remarkable complexity. The result is an elegant Trento DOC sparkling wine that perfectly combines freshness, structure and finesse. Tasting Note

In the glass, the Ferrari Brut presents a pale straw-yellow colour with a fine, long-lasting perlage. On the nose, elegant notes of ripe apples, white blossoms, citrus fruits and subtle yeast aromas unfold. On the palate, this sparkling wine is fresh, harmonious and well-balanced, with fruity nuances and a lively acidity. The fine mousse lends it additional elegance and finesse. The finish is fresh, mineral and long-lasting.
