Tasting Note

Colour: Deep gold with amber hues.

Nose: Aromas of honey, vanilla and caramel meld with ripe fruits such as mango and banana, accompanied by a hint of oak and spices.

Flavour: Full-bodied and powerful, with notes of toffee, tropical fruit and an elegant spiciness of cinnamon and cloves, which are perfectly complemented by the ex-bourbon cask maturation.

Finish: Langs and warming, with a harmonious balance of sweetness, oak and a delicate, spicy note.

The Paul John Classic Select Cask unfolds its full potential when enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open up its intense flavours.
