Tasting Note

Colour: Deep golden amber.

Nose: Smoky and maritime with notes of sea salt, pepper, dried fruit and a hint of honey.

Flavour: Strong and spicy with intense aromas of peat smoke, dark chocolate, toffee, black pepper and a subtle sweetness from the cask maturation.

Finish: Long lasting, warm and slightly salty with lingering notes of smoke, spice and toasted oak.

Talisker Select Reserve is best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to emphasise the maritime and smoky notes. It is an excellent accompaniment to smoked fish, grilled meat or mature cheese, which perfectly complement its strong flavour and light salty notes.
