Nose: Fine vanilla and caramel notes, accompanied by exotic fruits such as pineapple and a hint of coconut.

Flavour: Soft and full-bodied with notes of honey, ripe apples, toasted oak and a hint of spice.

Finish: Medium-long and elegant with gentle woody notes and a pleasant sweetness.

The Helios REKI Whisky is an excellent accompaniment to fine sushi or sashimi dishes, as its light fruitiness and spiciness emphasise the flavours of the food. A combination with roasted nuts or dark chocolate also brings out its complex flavour nuances wonderfully.
