As a classic Speyside whisky, this single malt offers a perfect balance between sweet, malty and woody flavours.

It is first matured in American ex-bourbon casks, which give the whisky a subtle vanilla and caramel sweetness. It is then finished in hand-selected sherry casks, giving it additional depth with notes of dried fruit, spicy oak and nutty accents.

Tasting Note

Colour: Warm amber with golden reflections.

Nose: Fruity aromas of red apples, peaches, vanilla, honey and a hint of toasted wood.

Flavour: Soft and sweet, with notes of malt, toffee, dried apricots, almonds and a gentle sherry spice.

Finish: Medium length, slightly creamy with hints of honey, nuts and gentle oak spice.

Thanks to its fruity and sweet notes, it harmonises perfectly with light chocolate, butter biscuits or caramelised nuts.
