Slyrs Single Malt Whisky Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish with 46% vol. and a bottle size of 0.7 litres is an exclusive Upper Bavarian whisky that reflects the traditional craftsmanship of the Slyrs distillery. Since 1999, the Slyrs distillery has been producing the first and only Upper Bavarian single malt whisky made using the classic rough and fine distillation process. The name "Slyrs" is a pseudo-Gaelic variation of "Schliersee", the distillery's home town, and reflects the regional ties and traditional whisky production.

The Slyrs Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish is made from the finest barley malt and pure mountain spring water, with the whisky maturing in new oak casks with a volume of 225 litres before being bottled as a vintage spirit. This whisky gets its special finish from a nine-month maturation in casks from the renowned Spanish Bodegas Tradición, which give the whisky a unique depth and the characteristic sherry flavour. The result is a full-bodied, complex whisky that is characterised by its fruity aromas and harmonious balance.
