Pimm's No. 1 Cup is a legendary gin-based herbal liqueur with an alcohol content of 25 per cent, sold in a 0.7-litre bottle, and has been one of Britain’s best-known aperitif specialities for generations. As early as 1840, James Pimm developed the recipe that remains famous to this day, which is based on London Dry Gin and refined with a carefully balanced combination of fruits, herbs and spices.
