Henkell Brut 11.5% vol. 0.75 litre is a classically elegant sparkling wine of German origin that impresses with its clear freshness, fine perlage and international style. It is made from a carefully composed cuvée of selected white wines, which give the sparkling wine its fine fruit and harmonious structure. Henkell Brut represents the traditional house of Henkell Freixenet, one of Europe's best-known sparkling wine houses, which has stood for quality, elegance and an unmistakable sparkling experience for over 160 years.

It is produced using the Méthode Charmat, in which the second fermentation is carried out in pressurised tanks - a method that produces particularly fine, long-lasting bubbles and a fresh, lively interplay of aromas. A maturation period of several months on the fine lees gives Henkell Brut its elegant structure and creamy mousseux. The result is a well-balanced, dry sparkling wine that combines fruit, finesse and vivacity in an ideal way.

Tasting Note

In the glass, Henkell Brut presents itself in a light golden yellow colour with a fine, even perlage. The nose reveals aromas of green apple, pear and citrus fruit, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a hint of brioche. On the palate, it is dry, fresh and balanced, with an elegant balance between fruity vibrancy and fine acidity. The perlage is fine and creamy, the finish clear, tangy and harmonious, carried by notes of ripe fruit and a light minerality - an expression of classic sparkling wine elegance.

Henkell Brut is ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light starters, fish dishes, seafood and white meat dishes.
