Tasting Note

Colour: Vivid amber with warm, golden reflections.

Nose: Clean and fruity with notes of papaya, banana and green apple, complemented by floral nuances and complex, multi-layered flavours.

Flavour: Sweet and rich with vanilla, banana and coconut, balanced by a light, pleasant bitter note.

Finish: Langs, soft and harmonious with fruity and slightly spicy impressions.

The Kavalan King Car Conductor is ideal for pure enjoyment, where its fruity and tropical Elements stand out particularly well. Mild cheeses, air-dried ham, roasted nuts or desserts with vanilla and coconut create a harmonious combination that elegantly emphasises its aromatic depth. It also goes well with Asian-inspired dishes such as lemongrass chicken, slightly spicy curries or sweet and sour variations that pick up on its fruity structure. In mixology, it can be used for high-quality whisky cocktails, such as variants of the Whisky Sour or Old Fashioned, where fruity notes are desired. As a digestif, it has a warm, balanced and long-lasting aromatic finish.
