The Jack Ryan 12 Years Old FINISHER'S TOUCH Madeira Finish is an exclusive single malt Irish whisky, 46% ABV, in a 0.7-litre bottle, presented in a high-quality gift box. This bottling forms the third and final part of the Generation Trilogy and is named ‘Finisher’s Touch’. Made from 12-year-old single malt Irish whisky, the distillate is first matured in ex-bourbon casks before receiving an exceptional finish in Justino’s Madeira casks. For this special maturation process, bourbon and virgin oak casks were specially transported to Funchal on Madeira, where they were pre-soaked with Madeira wine by Juan Teixeira. The casks were then returned to Ireland and filled with the already matured single malt. The result is an elegant whisky that combines the fruity notes of Madeira wine with the classic character of an Irish single malt. The edition is limited to 3,500 numbered bottles, each of which has been signed by Eunan Ryan. Furthermore, the Jack Ryan FINISHER’S TOUCH was awarded a gold medal at the 2022 Irish Whiskey Awards as the overall winner in the Single Malt 12–15 Years category.
