The grapes come from the traditional Prosecco areas of the province of Treviso in Veneto, where moraine hills and alluvial soils create ideal conditions for high-quality Prosecco Treviso DOC. The vineyards are cultivated using the single trellis, double arch and radial training system with around 2,300 vines per hectare. After gentle whole-cluster pressing, the must is stored at a controlled temperature and then fermented at 15-16 °C in order to optimally preserve the fine fruit and floral aromas. The second fermentation takes place under controlled conditions and ensures the elegant and finely persistent perlage of this Brut Prosecco from Italy. At 11% vol., Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC is fresh, dry and harmoniously balanced.

Tasting Note

Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC is light straw yellow in colour with a fine and lively perlage. The nose reveals fresh aromas of white fruits, citrus fruits and fine floral nuances. On the palate, the Prosecco made from 100% Glera is dry, fresh and harmonious, with elegant fruit, fine structure and animating lightness. The finish is clear, lively and pleasantly long-lasting.
