The grapes come from the classic Prosecco areas of the province of Treviso in Veneto, whose moraine hills and alluvial soils create the ideal conditions for high-quality Prosecco Treviso DOC. After gentle whole-cluster pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place at 15-16 °C, which preserves the fine fruit and floral aromas with particular precision. At 11% vol., Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Treviso Brut is fresh, dry and elegantly balanced. The fine and lively perlage further emphasises the animating character of this Brut Prosecco from Italy. Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC is light straw yellow in colour with a fine and lively perlage. The nose reveals fresh aromas of white fruits, citrus fruits and floral nuances. On the palate, the Prosecco made from 100% Glera is dry, fresh and harmonious, with elegant fruit, fine structure and animating lightness. The finish is clear, lively and pleasantly long-lasting.
