The Villa Sandi winery, located in the heart of the Prosecco region of Veneto, Italy, is a renowned winery known for its high-quality sparkling and still wines. Villa Sandi, a magnificent 17th century building, serves as the winery's impressive headquarters and reflects the rich history and tradition of winemaking in this region.
Villa Sandi is particularly famous for its Prosecco production. The grapes grow on the hilly landscapes of Valdobbiadene, where the microclimate and mineral-rich soils provide ideal conditions for cultivation. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand to ensure the best possible quality. Sustainability and environmental protection are at the forefront, which is emphasised by modern techniques and numerous certifications.
Villa Sandi OPERE Serenissima is an exquisite sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. After being carefully harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery, where they are selected and gently crushed. The fermentation of the base wines takes place under controlled conditions in order to preserve the best flavours and qualities of the grapes. After ageing, the wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
Villa Sandi OPERE Serenissima is characterised by its fine perlage and balanced flavour profile, which is perfectly balanced by a residual sugar content of just 12 grams.
Tasting Note
Brilliant golden yellow with a fine perlage in the glass. Orange blossom, lavender and roses on the nose. Delightfully light, melting, dry on the palate, with notes of orange blossom. Long-lasting finish.

Serving temperature: 5-7 °C
Goes perfectly with vegetable salad with beetroot, omelette with salmon and fennel or fresh endive salad.
