The grapes come from hilly vineyards with calcareous soils and are carefully processed to preserve the fresh fruit and floral aromas in the best possible way. After gentle whole-cluster pressing, the temperature-controlled second fermentation takes place at 15-16 °C, resulting in a fine and creamy perlage. The fermentation is stopped by targeted cooling as soon as the desired balance of alcohol and natural sweetness is achieved. At just 7% by volume, Villa Sandi Dolce Sandi Vino Spumante Dolci is light, sweet and particularly lively. Villa Sandi DOLCE SANDI Vino Spumante Dolci has a light golden yellow colour in the glass with a fine and lively perlage. The nose reveals intense aromas of white flowers, ripe grapes, exotic fruits and fine notes of nutmeg. On the palate, the Italian Moscato Spumante is sweet, fresh and harmonious, with elegant fruit, a fine perlage and lively flavours. The finish is soft, fruity and pleasantly long-lasting.
