This limited edition special bottling matured for 25 years and was released in an exclusive gift box in 2019. The whisky was bottled at 43% alcohol by volume and comes from a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, giving it both depth and elegant balance. The long maturation brings the characteristic smokiness of Laphroaig into a harmonious balance with sweet, nutty and fruity notes. As is usual with Laphroaig, the bottling is not chill-filtered to preserve the natural structure and texture.

Nose: Mature peat smoke, vanilla, dried fruit, leather, maritime notes and a hint of sherry.
