The pomace is processed gently and then stored in stainless steel tanks, which preserves the freshness and purity of the flavours.

Traditional distillation in copper stills produces a particularly fine and elegant spirit with a balanced flavour profile. Marolo Grappa di Moscato impresses with its lively flavour and soft, harmonious structure. With an alcohol content of 42% vol., it is strong enough to bring out its intense flavours, yet pleasantly mild and accessible.
