Starlino ROSSO Vermouth, 17% ABV, in a 0.75-litre bottle, is a premium Italian Vermouth di Torino that combines traditional aperitif culture with a modern twist. It is produced near Turin by Torino Distillati, in the historic region of origin of Italian vermouth. The recipe is based on Italian wine, which is refined with a carefully balanced selection of natural fruits, herbs and spices.


The botanicals used include, amongst others, orange peel, vanilla and cloves, which give Starlino Rosso Vermouth its complex and harmonious character. A distinctive feature is its ageing in Kentucky bourbon barrels, which lends this vermouth additional depth, warmth and an exceptionally smooth texture. It is produced in accordance with the classic Italian aperitivo tradition: the botanicals are gently infused and then carefully blended to ensure that sweetness, bitterness and spice combine in perfect balance. With an alcohol content of 17 % vol., this red vermouth is a versatile speciality for classic cocktails and stylish aperitif enjoyment.

Tasting Note

In the glass, Starlino ROSSO Vermouth presents itself as an intense red with warm highlights. On the nose, aromatic notes of Italian botanicals, orange peel, sweet vanilla and delicate spices unfold. On the palate, the vermouth is velvety and well-balanced, with a harmonious blend of herbal aromas, subtle bitterness, warm spice and delicate hints of bourbon cask ageing. The finish is smooth, elegant and long-lasting, with a pleasant bittersweet note.

Starlino ROSSO Vermouth is ideal as a base for classic cocktails such as the Negroni or Manhattan, where it adds depth and aromatic balance. This Italian Vermouth di Torino can also be served well chilled, neat or on the rocks as an aperitif. It pairs particularly well with antipasti, mature cheeses, nuts and Mediterranean nibbles.
