Ever since Gottfried Roner made his first distillation attempts in 1946, the Roner family business has made a name for itself for high-quality distillates. The forest raspberry spirit is an outstanding example of the quality and craftsmanship that characterises Roner.
This noble spirit is made exclusively from wild raspberries, which are carefully selected for their intensity and aromatic depth. Each bottle of this distillate reflects the passion and heritage that Roner cultivates in the production of premium spirits, including grappas, other fruit distillates and liqueurs.

Tasting Note
Colour: Crystal clear.
Nose: Intense, rich wild raspberry aromas, complemented by light floral notes.
Flavour: Full-bodied and juicy, with a lively interplay between the sweetness and acidity of the raspberries, rounded off by a subtle sweetness.
Finish: Warm and long, with a lingering echo of the fresh raspberries.
Roner Waldhimbeergeist is ideal as a digestif after a good meal. Enjoyed neat, it unfolds its full flavour, but can also serve as a sophisticated base for creative cocktails.
