The Nuestra Soledad range includes mezcals that are all made from the same agave variety "Espadín", but come from six different regions of Mexico. Each of these regions brings its own flavours and traditions, taking the drinker on a journey through the different flavours of Mexico. San Baltazar Guelavila Mezcal comes from a small town in the east of Oaxaca, which is located in the district of Tlacolula and belongs to the famous Valles Centrales region.

This mezcal is distilled in the 3 Mezquites distillery under the direction of experienced master distiller Gregorio Martínez García. The mezcal is produced with great dedication and using traditional methods. The Espadín agave is roasted in stone ovens and then distilled in copper stills. With an alcohol content of 47% vol., this mezcal offers a powerful intensity that brings out the smoky and sweet flavours of the agave in an impressive way. The limited edition of only 800 bottles makes this mezcal a particularly exclusive experience.
