High West American Prairie Bourbon is an exceptional small-batch bourbon produced at the famous High West Distillery in Utah. This bourbon is a tribute to the vast prairies of North America and supports the conservation of the American Prairie Reserve with a portion of the proceeds - a unique project to preserve the original wild landscape.

American Prairie Bourbon is a blend of carefully selected, multi-matured bourbons that are aged for between 2 and 13 years in new American oak barrels. This barrel maturation ensures a deep, multi-layered flavour with a perfect balance of sweetness, spice and gentle smokiness. With an alcohol content of 46% vol., this bourbon offers a pleasant intensity, yet remains wonderfully harmonious and smooth.

Mash Bill: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley from MGP; 84% corn, 8% rye, 8% malted barley from undisclosed sources, other whiskey components are not disclosed for distillery contractual reasons.

Colour: Deep golden amber.

Nose: Sweet caramel and honey notes, accompanied by vanilla, toasted oak and fine spices.

Flavour: Full-bodied with notes of brown sugar, butterscotch, dried fruit and a gentle spice of pepper and cinnamon.

Finish: Long-lasting, warm and slightly smoky with a pleasant blend of vanilla, caramel and oak.
