With an alcohol strength of 42% by volume, this handcrafted gin combines refreshing notes of pink grapefruit and fragrant elderflower extract with classic juniper and herbal flavours. Distillation takes place in small batches in traditional copper stills, ensuring the highest quality and a particularly smooth flavour profile.

The basis of this unique gin is Tarquin's characteristic dry gin, which is refined with a selection of exquisite botanicals such as coriander seeds, angelica root, violet root, cinnamon and fresh grapefruit peel. After distillation, it is flavoured with elderflower extract, which gives it its floral elegance. The result is a perfectly balanced gin that combines freshness, fruitiness and floral notes in ideal harmony.

Tasting Note

Colour: Light, slightly rosé gold.

Nose: Sparkling notes of fresh grapefruit, paired with floral elderflower and a hint of juniper.

Flavour: Fresh and lively with dominant citrus fruit, fine sweetness and floral nuances. Light spicy notes in the background provide depth.

Finish: Gentle, medium-long and pleasantly fruity with a light juniper flavour.

As a gin & tonic, it harmonises perfectly with a classic or Mediterranean tonic water, garnished with a grapefruit zest or fresh elderflower.
