During its ten-year maturation in selected oak casks, the whisky develops impressive depth and complexity. The long cask maturation imparts intense notes of dried fruit, vanilla, roasted nuts and subtle woody spice, which blend harmoniously with robust malt and roasted aromas. On the palate, toffee and raisins are complemented by elegant notes of tobacco and leather, enhanced by cloves and nutmeg, which lend the whisky additional spice. The long, warm finish highlights the exceptional balance between maturity, wood and malt.
