The grapes come from the sun-drenched vineyards of Burgenland, where fertile soils and the Pannonian climate create the best ripening conditions. After a careful harvest, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the flavours of the variety unadulterated. The addition of carbon dioxide gives it its fine perlage. With an alcohol content of 11.5% by volume, it is pleasantly light, fresh and ideal for uncomplicated moments of enjoyment.

Tasting Note

The Hillinger Secco Muskat Ottonel has a bright straw yellow colour with greenish reflections in the glass. The nose is dominated by intense aromas of fresh muscat grapes, lychee, elderflower and citrus fruit. On the palate, it is lively, fruity and aromatic, with a fine residual sweetness and fresh, well-integrated acidity. The perlage is fine, the finish fragrant and elegant.
