Colour: Light gold with a hint of amber.

Nose: Fresh aromas of honey, vanilla, citrus fruit and a hint of nuts, accompanied by a subtle oak spice.

Flavour: Round and balanced with notes of apples, pears, caramel, vanilla and a fine hint of spice and wood.

Finish: Medium-long and pleasant with a sweet fruitiness, a light spiciness and a gentle oak note.
