Yuzu, a citrus fruit grown in Japan, may resemble a lemon at first glance, but it is characterised by its intense fragrance, unique herbal notes, mild bitterness and softer acidic taste. This special gin, which is produced in Kagoshima in the shadow of the impressive Sakurajima volcano, is based on the traditional Japanese shochu spirit. The re-distillation of the high-quality shochu creates a gin of exceptional smoothness and a wonderfully soft mouthfeel that will delight connoisseurs.
