Description
Château Cissac Haut-Médoc 2017 is a classic, elegant Bordeaux wine from the renowned Haut-Médoc appellation. Château Cissac, a traditional winery with a long history, is known for its high-quality and long-lasting red wines, which are characterised by an excellent balance between structure, fruit and tannins.
The 2017 vintage impresses with a successful blend of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grape varieties, which give this wine its powerful yet harmonious style. Ageing in oak barrels provides additional depth of flavour and elegant spice.
With an alcohol content of 13% vol., this Haut-Médoc has a classic Bordeaux style - structured, multi-layered and with impressive ageing potential.

The finish is long and harmonious with a hint of chocolate and black pepper.

Château Cissac Haut-Médoc 2017 is an excellent accompaniment to classic meat dishes such as grilled fillet of beef, lamb chops or game dishes. It also reveals all its finesse with savoury braised dishes such as boeuf bourguignon or braised duck. Cheese lovers will particularly appreciate it with mature Comté or a flavoursome Roquefort. Thanks to its structure and elegance, this wine is suitable for festive occasions as well as for an enjoyable drinking moment in private. It can be enjoyed now, but also shows good potential for a few years of bottle ageing.
