HimPerle Frizzante is a refreshing, fruity sparkling wine made from 100% Styrian raspberries. The smile-fruit company specialises in growing these aromatic berries, which grow under ideal conditions in Puch near Weiz and are harvested from June to October. Careful processing of the freshly ripened fruit results in a frizzante that delights with its natural sweetness and lively acidity. Honeybees, wild bees and bumblebees play an essential role in pollinating the raspberry bushes, which naturally enhances the quality and intense flavour of the fruit.

With an alcohol content of 8% by volume, HimPerle Frizzante is a lightly sparkling pleasure experience that is perfect on its own or as a base for summer aperitifs. The fine perlage emphasises the freshness of the raspberries and gives the drink an elegant effervescence. In addition to the raspberry frizzante, smile-fruit also produces raspberry nectar, raspberry brandy and raspberry purée, which are also made from the regional berries.

The HimPerle Frizzante shines in the glass in a bright raspberry colour with a fine perlage. A seductive bouquet of ripe raspberries unfolds on the nose, accompanied by delicate floral nuances and a hint of citrus. On the palate, there is a harmonious balance between fresh fruitiness, pleasant acidity and a fine sweetness. The finish is light, playful and wonderfully refreshing, with a lingering raspberry flavour.
