The base of this blend consists of a high proportion of Speyside, Highland and Islay malts, which are initially matured in American oak casks, sherry casks and bourbon barrels. After the first maturation phase, the individual whiskies are masterfully blended and receive an additional finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons, Oloroso sherry casks and fresh Appalachian virgin oak casks. This elaborate maturation process gives the White Heather 21 Years its remarkable depth and complexity.

With an increased alcohol content of 48% vol., this whisky is bottled in its natural colour and without chill-filtration to preserve its full flavour.
