Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber with warm golden highlights.

Nose: Complex aromas of dried fruit, raisins and caramel, accompanied by a subtle sherry spice and notes of oak, perfectly reflecting its sherry cask maturation.

Palate: Smooth and full-bodied with ripe fruit, chocolatey toffee, spices such as cinnamon and cloves, and a hint of oak that lends the whisky a subtle depth. The sherry cask aromas harmonise beautifully with the spice and sweetness.

Finish: Long-lasting, warm and harmonious, with lingering notes of oak and caramel and a hint of sherry that unfolds elegantly on the palate.
