This grappa is produced at the renowned Marzadro distillery in Italy and is named after 18 months of ageing in port wine barrels, which gives it a particularly complex and rich flavour. The name "DICIOTTO Lune" means "18 moons" and refers to the long ageing period during which the grappa develops its unique flavour in the barrels.

The port wine barrels in which the grappa matures give it subtle notes of red fruit, oak and a subtle sweetness that harmonise wonderfully with the characteristic freshness and intensity of the grappa.
