Tasting Note

Ichidai MISEN Ginjyo Japanese Sake has a clear colour with slightly silvery reflections. The nose reveals elegant aromas of white flowers, ripe apple and a subtle hint of rice, accompanied by a hint of melon and subtle umami. On the palate, it is soft and supple with a harmonious balance of fruity nuances of pear, honeydew melon and a slight sweetness that is balanced by a pleasant acidity. The finish is medium-long and refreshing with a fine mineral note and a gentle umami finish.

Ichidai MISEN Ginjyo Sake can be served chilled (10-15 °C) or slightly warmed (approx. 40 °C), depending on preference. It harmonises perfectly with sushi, sashimi, grilled fish and tempura, as its fruity elegance perfectly complements the flavours of these dishes.
