The grapes for this Pinot Rosé Brut are harvested at the end of August to the beginning of September - a time that allows the perfect harmony between sugar ripeness and acidity to be preserved. After gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, the second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method to achieve a particularly fine, even perlage. The wine is then matured on the fine lees, which gives it finesse and aromatic depth. With 11% alcohol by volume, Le Contesse Spumante Pinot Rosé is an elegant, modern sparkling wine that impresses with its balance and lightness.

Tasting Note

Le Contesse Pinot Rosé Brut has a delicate rosé colour in the glass, accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals fruity notes of wild berries, especially raspberries and strawberries, complemented by a hint of rose petals and tropical fruits. On the palate, the sparkling wine is harmonious, fresh and balanced, with a lively structure, delicate fruit and a pleasantly dry finish.
