Inicio Tequila Reposado 100% Agave Azul - Bisonte is a fine tequila produced to the highest quality standards. The Partida Hermosillo family can look back on a long tradition of tequila production, which has been cultivated for three generations. For them, work, passion and honesty are the cornerstones of their success. Their distillery is located just 25 kilometres from the city of Tequila - the birthplace of this world-famous Mexican drink. Here, Inicio Tequila is produced with the utmost care and under the daily supervision of the Council Regulator of Tequila (CRT).

This reposado tequila is distilled exclusively from 100% blue Weber agave and then matured for nine months in French oak barrels. This special ageing process gives it a remarkable smoothness and depth, with soft vanilla and caramel notes accompanied by a light spiciness. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, it offers a perfectly balanced flavour experience that appeals to connoisseurs and gourmets alike.

The name "Bisonte", Spanish for bison, symbolises strength, wealth and reverence - values that were also associated with this majestic animal in ancient cultures. The Inicio bison on the bottle embodies the mystique of a genuine, unadulterated tequila.

Tasting Note

Colour: Warm gold with light amber reflections.

Nose: Fine aromas of sweet agave, vanilla and toasted wood, accompanied by caramel and a hint of cinnamon.

Flavour: Smooth and complex with notes of honey, ripe fruit, almonds and a pleasant spiciness.

Finish: Langs and harmonious with soft wood and spice notes and a hint of sweet smoke.

This tequila reposado is ideal for pure enjoyment at room temperature to allow its fine flavours to develop to the full. It harmonises perfectly with grilled meat, spicy tacos or mature cheese.
